 Volunteering at Awen is a great way to practice working in a democratic environment. You might be trying something new, looking to improve your confidence when working with young people, or simply looking for an excuse to spend some time in our magical woodland surroundings.

Here’s how it works!

  1. You send us an outline of what you would like to do.

  2. Our students will consider your offer and may invite you for an initial conversation over zoom.

  3. Students will discuss workshop offers at "The Gathering” – our democratic meeting – and decide whether to invite you in.

  4. We arrange a time / date with you to join us on site.

  5. A lovely time is had by all!
